6. This coffee table has a sleek and timeless design, if you are a fan of slimmer lines and enjoy nice details like and inset top this table is a great project. You can use a nice hardwood if you wish or stick with less expensive pine and stain it to your desired look.

You will need a router and a table saw for this build. If you haven’t installed drawers before either then this is a great way to introduce yourself to the process.
