Top 10 free coffee table plans you can build right now!

  1. This Farmhouse table is a great build if you are just cutting your teeth starting with woodworking and you don’t have an arsenal of special tools and a ton of workshop space. All you need is a saw a drill and some sandpaper.

2. This Modern Chunky Coffee Table looks great in almost any setting and all the materials can be found at your local big box store. It takes 12 2×6 boards and 4 2×4 ‘s. You will need a pocket hole jig, drill, miter saw and table saw if you have one.

3. This coffee table can be modified to fit your space and if you only need a top surface it can be a great first project. Again, this table uses basic tools and lumber found at your local hardware store. You can use light or dark stains to make this match the feel of your room.

You will need a router and a table saw for this build. If you haven’t installed drawers before either then this is a great way to introduce yourself to the process.
